Multi purpose building

3rd semester project :

Mix between commercial and residential building with focus on prefabrication.

I worked specificly with the roof construction,  wich was made of prefabricated roof cassettes delivered by tasinge elementer.

Our model was built in Revit, with two disciplines : structural and architectural. Some key junctions were model up to LOD 400 showcasing reebar positioning and holes cut in elements.

We used Sigma for pricing, MS Project for time scheduling, Naviswork for simulations and clash detection and wrote project and work specs for the different work divisions
